Chateau Dale ThaBali Condo at Jomtien has the following facilities: parking, garden, fiber internet, cable Tv, security, CCTV, a beauty center and a huge tropical swimming pool. The condo is 64 m² (including balcony) and has been completely renovated in October 2021. The condo consist of a bathroom, new refurnished kitchen, huge living room, 1 open bedroom and a very big balcony.  It is a studio type condo, so no separated bedroom. But still, the bedroom is situated in a separate corner, giving the necessary privacy. The condo has a very big and very nice private balcony, viewing the tropical garden and swimming pool (facing North).  The balcony has the sun only in the early morning. So there is no full sun in the afternoon, and no hot sauna in the condo in the evening.  Both doors to the balcony have mosquito slide doors installed. And at the entrance of the condo (front door), it is possible to sit outside in the evening and watch the sun go down.  Chateau Dale has a very beautiful big tropical pool and next to a beauty center.  The condo has been repainted, some new furniture, renovated kitchen, new washing machine, leds in the ceiling, new hot water heater, new sink, new cooking stove plates, new ceiling fans, new flatscreen Tv, new granite kitchen counter, ….  There is a hot water boiler placed in the kitchen, bathroom and shower. Hot/cold water is provided everywhere in the condo. The bathroom furniture has been renovated in October 2023. The balcony has been completely renewed in February 2021    Facilities The condo is in excellent condition and looks very nice and new. It has a perfect location, next to the Bus Terminal and big shopping mall Foodland (24/24). All Baht bus stop in front of the resort, where you can go towards Jomtien Beach (5 min) or Pattaya City (10 min). Within walking distance you have shopping, the beach, immigration, bus terminal, baht bus, 7/11, kiss food & drinks, (night & food) markets, many different restaurants, Danish bakery, food bistro, massage salons,.... Theprassit Road is 30 meters away from the resort.
