I bought a large one-bedroom unit with a complete set of furniture. The price was excellent, 1.4 million. I like the shady common areas here, the pool is vast, and there are slides to play too. The location of the condo is great and easy to get around. Pattaya Beach is less than 10 minutes drive while other beaches are about 4-5 kilometers away.
