The development consists of 9 Bali-inspired pool villas and was completed 2008. What sets it apart is the amazing sea views from a breezy hilltop. On clear days you can see as far as Phi Phi Island. Whilst the villas are not modern but rather a mix between Bali and Thai style the build quality is excellent. The surroundings are genuine old Phuket style - there still are fishermen and it's not overrun by budget tourists being an hour away from the airport on the southern tip of the island. Some of Phuket's very best hotels such as The Mooring, The Cove, Sri Panwa, Cape Panwa, Pullman and the uber luxurious V- Villas and Veranda attract affluent tourists and are right next door and provide their guests with fantastic dining options. Yet, Phuket town with all its infrastructure such as the Central Festival Shopping Mall, the Bangkok Hospital and the charming old town of Phuket is only a 15minute drive. Due to its unique position on a peninsula you can observe sunrise and sunset from here. However, the easterly positioning of most villas and the constant sea breeze ensure comfortable temperatures in the tropical weather. The natural harbour of Ao-yon beach makes this a preferred anchoring point for yachts - Phuket's Yacht Club and the Sailing School are only 5minute away. If you are looking to staying in Phuket for longer, in an exclusive and serene setting then this is definitely a place to consider.

One of the most spectacular locations - uninterrupted views over the Andaman Sea due to its position on a hilltop 50 meters elevated from the sea level. The Ao Yon area is probably Phuket’s best kept secret - it’s tucked away from mass tourism yet you’re surrounded by some of the islands most exclusive 5star resorts. You’re in the countryside on a peninsula with views of both sunrise and sunset yet only 20minutes drive away from all the amenities of Phuket town such as the best shopping malls and hospitals.
It is a very good project.

I've been to many Two Villas projects. Most of them are located in quiet and private locations. As the same, this project is located on a hill. Security guards are strict. I visited the villa with my father and I was impressed. The villa comes in beautiful style and is fully furnished. The kitchen and living area are spacious. The swimming pool is also massive, overlooking the mountains and the sea. The selling price is considered expensive. But it is suitable for rental business investment either on a daily or monthly basis. The villa is in a great location, less than 10 minutes’ walk to Ao Yon Beach, Cape Panwa and the aquarium.
It is a very good project.
