The project is many years old. Makes houses and land more spacious than new projects, close to 7-11, within walking distance, convenient, close to the airport, university, beach and a 10-minute drive to Hua Hin market.

Good project location Not deep into the alley Near the community Nearby there are shops, restaurants, convenience stores and markets. The house comes with a swimming pool and wide garden.

The village is near the community surrounded by many shops, near the hospital, and Hua Hin Beach. The project area is quite large and quiet. The house area has a spacious terrace, swimming pool, and garden, such a perfect place for parties and activities with friends. Anyway, the house structure looks old because the project has been built for many years. I think anyone is looking for a quiet vacation home, here is a good choice, not far from Bangkok. It is easy to travel as it is 2 kilometers from Hua Hin Beach.
