The new modern detached house is located in a potential location surrounded by a variety of amenities.

I’m interested in this housing project, Sunset Garden Villas. Nice location near Rawai Beach, convenient travel, shady atmosphere, nice food is all around, surrounded by many amenities and landmarks such as Rawai Health Promoting Hospital, Nai Harn Beach, Big Buddha, Promthep Cape and many others. The house I chose has 2 floors in modern design. It has 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, kitchen, spacious living area and furniture. The communal area is equipped with a swimming pool, garden, and nice gym which has a lot of equipment. What I love the most is the security system from the entrance of the project, so I can live at ease. For me, this is worthwhile investment for living and speculating sales.
