Old but nice condominium

I think I made the right choice to stay here. When I surveyed in the Sukhumvit area, I found that there are many overprice places. Don’t get me wrong. I don’t mind paying high rental rate if it’s worth it. I just want to make sure that I will stay in the right place because I don’t like living in a big city. It took me sometimes to make my decision because the condo’s exterior looks outdated. But when I took a tour, I found that the staff is taking care of it really well. The led me to the room for renting. It’s very spacious, peaceful, and airy, so I don’t suffer much from Thailand’s heat. The furniture is in a resort-like style. It’s exactly what I like when I saw it in a five-star hotel. The pool is big and full of foreigners. It makes me relax, and I can make friends. It seems that so many expats chose to stay here so that I won’t get lonely. Never heard of any complaint at all, which is good. One of the reasons to stay here is security systems. It’s properly strict. It’s my main concern as I stay alone. The guards work hard, but super friendly to other residents and me. I’m impressed by how they can remember us. The project is in a perfect location. It’s near my school, so I walk. It’s also easy to find food as the area is bustle and full of commuters. Oh! And if you want to travel, there are Phetchaburi MRT and Asoke BTS nearby. Usually, I catch a bike taxi to get there because it’s really convenient. One more thing, the condo is near the University and a massive stadium for running. I always go there. It’s free and helps me to get to know people.
Stunning View and Suitable for Relaxation

I am looking for a condo available for rent in Bangkok, and I unexpectedly found this condo on one of the property websites. So, I went to the project and the area around the condo to see what facilities the condo provides. I've been trying to find several places before renting this condo, but there are no places satisfied. Therefore, I decided to rent this condo immediately. Upon arrival, the staffs of the project are very welcoming. The room was clean, with full complete facilities along with an excellent security system. I am incredibly impressed with the service, and I think it is not wrong to choose a place to relax at Kiart Thanee City Mansion Condo because this condo has a breathtaking view of Bangkok. Whether I sit, eat, or take a rest on the sofa, I can commune with beautiful scenery at all times. Besides, the design of this condo represents staying in a real home, unlike in a condo.

I’m working abroad and plan to buy a condo in Bangkok to live after retirement. I’m originally from Sukhumvit. I went back to Thailand for my previous vacation, so I spent my free time exploring several housing projects around Sukhumvit. One of the properties is Kiatthani City Mansion, the first condo with a height of 22 floors in Sukhumvit 31 at that time. The rooms range from 2-5 bedrooms. As observed, the room is divided into the proportion that is experienced. With built-in furniture, The decoration style is vintage. Convenient There is a large swimming pool, fitness center, sauna, BBQ area. Children’s area, elevators, parking, 24-hour security, the project is also close to Asoke BTS, only 1.3 km, Phrom Phong about 1.4 km, and Sukhumvit MRT, just 1.3 as well. MahaNakhon is about 3 km away, and there are various travel options. Plus, the location is near many educational institutions and department stores such as Emporium, EmQuartier, Terminal 21, Central Central World. Overall, it is a good project.
A high-end condo with a perfect room

Old condo located in the deep alley with tranquil and clean atmosphere, every zone is perfectly allocated to be more spacious and tidy, very pleasant. Many facilities are provided, including a swimming pool, a gym, and a leisure area, where I do love. It's such an ideal for relaxing and reading books. Inside the room, it is spacious with big glass windows, overlooking the stunning Bangkok city view clearly. The living areas are also in good proportion and come with a fully equipped Western kitchen. Such a high-end condo, perfect for people who love to live in the condo, but giving a sense of living at home, recommend it here!!

I am an exchange student and rented a room at Kiarti Thanee City Mansion, an excellent place to stay in Bangkok. It is near the university where I am studying. Also, it is secluded in a serene area. At the same time, it is well connected to the main transport systems. Besides, many good facilities are provided, comprising the large swimming pool, garden, comfortable hall, good security system, and the shuttle service to the Skytrain station, which is impressive!
The building is out of date compared with the other condominiums nearby

My friend recommended this accommodation before I got here; at first, I decided to live here just for a while cause I think the building is quite old and out of date compared with the other condominiums nearby. The whole building, common area, and interior design in the room are vintage styles. My room is on 20 floors, which can see the city view from the window perfectly. Spacious, airy, and high ceilings make the air flow more comfortable. They are decorated with old vintage furniture that is still good quality. The swimming pool is in the Mediterranean style. It's incredibly clean. The pros are that this project is located in an excellent location that you can reach to Asoke BTS station just 1 km. And also near Terminal 21 and Emquartier, just 15-20 minutes by walk. Overall, I am impressed with the excellent location. The project still needs to be renovated because it's very old.
Hidden place in Soi Sukhumvit

The building is quite old and has no maintenance. The area is tranquil, even located in Sukhumvit. Besides, the condo is close to the university, about 500 meters. Travel conveniently, and there are many student dormitories around here. Also, there are several kinds of facilities in the project, including a swimming pool and parking space. However, the project is located quite deep from the main road, on both sides of the sidewalk covered with trees. It is very dangerous at night. Tediously, the management of the juristic person seems very slow.
