I fell in love with this place! Our villa has 3 bedrooms, large with a massive slide door opening to a private pool. Marvelous design with brand-new furniture as the project is recently completed. Friendly staff to provide insight information about the room and attractions. Apart from the dark and narrow entrance, I'm so satisfied with the project very much.
The villa is quiet location and close to Layan Beach.

When I visited to inspect the project, I thought the entrance area was a bit dangerous, and it is a small alley. There are several new villas in this area, but I think this is a worthwhile villa to buy and invest in because it is secluded in a quiet location and offers a tranquil lake view. The project here also provides 3-4 bedrooms, suitable for staying with about 6-8 people. The house area is spacious and features a private pool and a small garden close to Layan Beach. If you are looking for a villa to relax and invest in, I think here is another good option !!!
