Nice quiet estate of 50 houses,no common fee,good location.Cool mountain breeze most of the time with a 2 restaurants in walking distance and several markets only a short bike ride away.
If anyone is looking for accommodation in Hua Hin, I recommend this place.

My family and I have been here for about two years. This is a single-story house. The house has three bedrooms. The design is very common, but the location is superb as it doesn’t take much time to drive to reach the supermarket and Hua Hin beach. There is a private swimming pool. The size is ok. I think staying here is like a real relaxation because there is no noise in the neighborhood. My neighbors are nice and helpful. The security system is reliable. If anyone is looking for accommodation in Hua Hin, I recommend this place.
