High safety village close to Jomtien Beach

I have been here for 3 years. The village is considerably ok and close to Pattaya city and only 10 minutes drive to Jomtien Beach. So, I think spending life here is convenient and easy to travel. The facilities are complete. In the village, there is a communal pool. Sometimes, the water in the pool is not clear during the rainy season. Overall, I like the shady place because there are many trees in the house. The house is designed as a 1-story house, consisting of 3 bedrooms that are quiet and safe!

My husband is an Italian who loves Thailand very much, so we looked for a house with a private pool amidst a peaceful atmosphere and very privacy. We visit Thailand once a year for a 3-month stay, and this house is exactly what we are looking for. The large garden around the house gives a tranquil and calm atmosphere. The bedrooms are spacious, with a lot of space. My neighbors are foreigners, and most of them staying for a long vacation. When we come back to Thailand at the same time of the year, we usually have small parties. The management team is good. They know that we leave the house for a long time, so they come to look after sometimes. The security guards are very friendly too; they take good care of us. I always share my food with them. The project location is not on the main road, but we can go to Jom Tien Beach within 10 minutes. My neighborhood is full of yummy restaurants. I'm impressed every time coming back here. It's the time that I have been waiting for.
