An affordable townhouse by the lake

I decided to buy 4 fully-furnished bedrooms here as a vacation home. The main reason is close to Kamala Beach, only 5 minutes drive. You are ready to move in. The living room is decided in the semi-outdoor style, and there is a small pool where you can chill during the day. The surrounding atmosphere is exceptionally relaxing because my house is lakeside. More importantly, the price is affordable compared to other places in the area.
It is worthwhile for the investment!

I really like this project as it is in Kamala, which is regarded as a quiet area. There are various facilities all around, including shops, restaurants, and markets. The project is close to Kamala beach, Phuket Fantasea. In addition, you can drive to Patong Beach in less than 15 minutes. The atmosphere of the project is shady with lake and mountain views. The townhouse has four floors; the usable area is extensive, suitable for housing large families or renting as an office. There are 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The material used for the construction looks durable. In addition, there is also tight supervision by the security guards. And the most important thing is the price is affordable. I’m sure that it is worthwhile for the investment!
