Have a chance to see the mock-up house here. If we are talking about luxury and modernity, I must give it to this project house. The place looks durable and selects beautiful quality furniture to decorate to make the house's interior look grandiose. This project is suitable for families and people who like privacy but still want to access convenient amenities such as the shopping centers like Seacon Square, The Third Place, and convenience stores like 7-Eleven surrounding the project. Moreover, the evening market is open to buy some food, utensils, and ingredients for cooking, which is considered convenient! If you don't have a private car and need to use the sky train to go to work. The closest BTS station to the project is Punnawithi BTS which is about 2 kilometers away from walking distance. Still, it may not be very convenient to get there by foot because of Bangkok's hot weather. I recommend getting to BTS by motorbike taxi because it will be easier. Oh, I almost forgot to mention the facilities within the project. There are complete facilities in the common area, including a fitness club, an Easy-Pass entrance-exit, and a temperature-controlled saltwater pool. Overall, I like the house of this project, and if I have a chance, I will buy one for a living.
