Well, almost indescribable is how to try and explain the Unique residence - it is Unique indeed, stunning villas and resort style set up with the best sea view you could ever imagine. On site services aplenty and safe secure just 2 minutes from the beach.

Amazing place on Koh Samui with an excellent room and great ambiance. The project is luxurious and modernly styled—durable materials with nice finishing. There are many room types available, but we chose the 3-bedrooms one. The room layout is open, making the entire space airy. From the pool, I can enjoy an amazing 180-degree sea view and shady trees. The project is located on a hill. Unfortunately, the car park is quite far near the entrance, not suitable for the elderly.

I can say that it is very satisfying to stay here because the staff is very helpful. It also has an excellent security system. The condo has only 4 floors, and there are not many residents, providing privacy. I like the atmosphere in the summer as there are many tourists. Moreover, there are many activities to do here as well. Besides, there is a complete range of facilities, such as a swimming pool and jacuzzi. The room is fully furnished and spacious. I really like it, and I am impressed !!

Accommodation in this resort-style, there are many room types to choose from. My wife and I have decided to rent the Grand Deluxe Corner Sunset Suite, which is a corner room with a sunset view. The room interior is decorated in a loft-style with furniture highlighted in white, orange, and dark brown. It also has a spacious balcony and is our favorite corner because my wife and I like to sip coffee and read in the area. Of course, that corner is the corner where you can see the most beautiful sunset view as well. For the project facilities, there are many such as a gym, classes, saunas, and an Infinity Edge swimming pool with great services from the staff. My wife took a Pilates course while staying here. She liked it and made many new friends there who were guests or residents of this Unique Residence. In the travel part, If you have a car, it is not difficult because it is only a few kilometers away from Big Buddha and Chaweng Beach. If there is a chance to come back, I’ll stay again for sure.

I'd visited Koh Samui and rented a room here for a month to travel around Samui Island. I came with my friends, and all of us were 4 people, so we chose to rent the villa with a private pool. It's very private. The villa is spacious with a large balcony stretching out and sunbeds. We can swim anytime, and we can touch beautiful sea views around the project area. I was also impressed with the services here a lot, whether everyday meals and other staff services. It is also close to the pier, which is very convenient to go to other islands. The project surrounding is also near Chaweng Beach, Fishing Village, where we can easily commune with the villagers' lives, and the villagers here are also kind.

It is a great place to relax. There is a Jacuzzi tub and an infinity pool. We stayed here for 5 nights. It is a 2 bedroom villa, and it was impressive. The room was spacious and very clean. The villa is approximately a 15-minute drive from Chaweng Beach. Also, there is a market nearby. With these complete basic amenities, I will recommend it here.
A great penthouse to stay

I rented a room here for almost 1 year now and expected to extend my stay because of the project's location on the main road that made me easily travel, near Chaweng Beach and many other attractions. As for the penthouse I rented, there are 2 floors but only one bedroom. The size is a good plus; there is a complete set of furniture. It makes a living here very comfortable every day.

I decided to buy this one-bedroom unit as a vacation home. I'm not disappointed at all. The room is spacious. Also, there is a large sliding door to get good wind flow. You can enjoy the islands' stunning view and the sea, especially at sunset from the room. Besides, The staff is very professional and helpful. However, it is quite far away from the famous Chaweng Beach and other tourist attractions, so you should have a car for more convenience. Overall it's very impressive.
