Overall, I'm very impressed - cozy place at a lovely price, located next to the beach, within walking distance. The beach is clean, white sand, perfect for sunbathing and watching the sunset. Within the project, there are restaurants and bars serving western-style food, delicious, and more importantly, it's cheap. My room has been upgraded to a pool view. It's spacious with a fully-equipped kitchen. If you are a cook, you will be very satisfied. My room is super clean, and the staff here are helpful and friendly. But the water heater is quite unstable; the system cut quickly. Do not expect your room to have a sea view if it's not a penthouse.
