A home with a high level of privacy and near the expressway

If you are looking for a private home in a quiet location, I recommend Perfect Masterpiece Ekamai-Ramintra. I bought a house for a while. The house features good fences, giving a sense of privacy. Besides, as the house area is vast, the atmosphere is pleasant then. It is located in a potential community. The house itself is also strong, stable, ensuring safety. Inside the house, there is a private pool. Furthermore, the project also provides a full range of facilities such as a clubhouse, fitness center, and security systems. Also, this project is not far from the new Bangkok-ChonBuri Expressway, so it is very convenient for traveling.

I must tell you that before, We live together as a small family in a condo. ฺBut now, My father and mother are quite old, so we need to move them to live together in Bangkok. Therefore, we need a big house. My husband and I decided to see the Perfect Masterpiece Ekamai-Ramintra project here, and I like many things, such as beautifully designed and spacious. For example, the house we live in is a four-bedroom house type with a garden and a private swimming pool for children to do activities. When I compared with renting a condo, I saw a huge difference that I got a lot of space. Now we can raise animals as we like. There is a lot of space for dogs and cats to run around. We can also make some areas to grow vegetables in the backyard. When guests are visiting, we also have room for welcoming guests as well. During moving in the house is no furniture to come but has a few installed build in the kitchen area that makes it easier to select furniture I think this project is suitable for an extended family. Our house has six people, so we believe that buying a home here is worthwhile. Transportation for us is not difficult because we have cars. Facilities in this project have security guards 24 hours a day in front of the village. There are many activities to choose from, including basketball courts, tennis courts, jogging tracks, fitness and swimming pools. Therefore, I like that my parents do not have to go anywhere. If anyone doesn't have a private car, It will make travel difficult because the project will be far from public transport. Overall for us is good, peaceful, safe, not chaotic, suitable for large families.

I bought a mansion as a post-wedding gift for my wife. My wife does not yet know that I will buy this mansion in Bangkok. I will surprise her after our wedding party. The salesperson services and gives me insightful details. Besides, she also takes care of us well before and after-sale. The mansion I bought is beautiful. My wife will love it because she wants a European-style house, so I chose it as a gift. The interior is beautifully decorated in a simple style with a private pool. She must like it.

Renting this house is so cost-effective because I live in a big family. I chose this house because it has a large space with a private swimming pool. It's conveniently located in the Ladprao area near my office and not far from my kids' school. Plus, it's near big shopping malls, large markets, and convenient local stores. About the downside, it's unfortunate that the traffic is quite hectic. You'd better spare some time. The village itself is quite private. I chose the 3-bedroom house, which each of them is spacious. The atmosphere is quite shady at a reasonable price, considering the house and the location.
