My girlfriend's family lives in this project. It is a 3-bedroom single-detached house with a usable area of 350 square meters. With its large size, along with the shadiness from various trees, residents receive pure ozone every day. As everyone knows, this neighborhood is close to the Ramintra-Ekamai Expressway, and the price of land in this area is considered very expensive with a convenient location and easy access to various places on Pradit Manutham Road and Ramintra-Ekamai Expressway. That is the reason why those who are wealthy have come to live in this area. Even though the Skytrain project on Ladprao Road is under construction and has not yet been scheduled for service, its shady location causes many people to want to occupy this area in particular. As for the conveniences around the project, there are many shopping and lifestyle malls, such as Central EastVille, and the Crystal Design Center (CDC), which perfectly meet the needs of people who like to chill out. Although the facilities within the project are limited, it's fine because the residents of this area are most likely to do outdoor activities, including fitness, swimming, and boxing. It can be said that there are many communities to choose from to make your life vivid, and you can make a lot of friends. I recommend it to anyone looking for a shady place to stay. This project is very suitable.
