Cheap houses in good location - cant expect too much for 2 mil THB. The location is very good with shops etc nearby

I started decorating and moved into the house right after it was completed in October 2017. My house is a 4-bedroom unit, and it's huge enough for my family. Plus, this project is pet-friendly, so they allow us to have cats. Still, you need to take care of your pets not to roam around or cause trouble to your neighbors. Otherwise, you will be fined immediately. The location is excellent as it's close to my office, school, shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions. In my spare time, I like to visit department stores like Bluport Hua Hin Shopping Center and shopping centers Market Village Hua Hin as it's nearby. There are decent facilities like a large outdoor swimming pool in the common area, where I usually go around 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. as it's not as crowded as some other times. Most importantly, the price is reasonable considering that it's a newly built project. Also, it's easy to get anywhere from the condo as there are various entrance ways, so it avoids traffic jams effectively.
