My family and I have lived here for four years now. Overall, it is impressive. The room that we stay in is 3-Bedroom. It is very spacious and fully-furnished. We got everything we want in the room, including kitchenware, washing machine, TV, and microwave, so it saved our time from shopping. We also like that this condo is pet-friendly, so they allow us to have our dog here. It is such a relief! Earlier, we stayed in a detached house with a large area that we can have a dog. When we need to relocate, we were worried about our dog so much. We would say we were so lucky finding this place as there are not many pet-friendly condos. The facilities here suit our needs, such as the gym, swimming pool, and elevators. The buildings and equipment in the condo may not look brand new, but they work normally. They are well-maintained. The location is excellent. It’s in the heart of the city, so it’s pretty easy to get around. It’s also located nearby shops and restaurants. I haven’t regretted choosing here at all. By the way, it is a good idea if you buy this condo for renting out. I’m pretty sure you can tenants because there are my tourists in the area.
