It was decorated quite well and beautiful renovations.

I just moved to Bangkok and got to know the condo here. I think if viewed from the outside, it is quite out of date and old. When I first saw the inside, it was decorated quite well and beautiful renovations. The downside is that the common area has an old fitness center and very little equipment. However, traveling in this area is quite convenient and not far from department stores. You can walk to shopping stores in about 10 minutes only. There are also many convenience stores and taxis passing throughout the day. You don't have to worry about anything because it is in the center of the city.
