The house is beautifully styled in European style. The garage is an electric roller usually found in foreign countries. Each house is different by size and type. When I viewed the house for rent, it's well kept and proportionate. The clean pool and the outdoor area has decent size for a small garden. The common area is excellent with a garden, a man-made waterfall, wide roads, and a strict security system.
