A high quality, well-furnished villa for an amazing price! After dealing with Bangkok real estate for years, it was so refreshing to see the value we could get in Hua Hin. Huge pool, shared with great neighbours and a quick 10 minutes to the beach and Cicada Market.

All in all the whole project is very warm and gives you a harmonic feeling. The units are flooded with light and tastefully furnished. The outside and pool area is lovingly cared for and always kept clean. A negative point is maybe that the project is not completed yet, for example, the gym is not 100% finished, but you can already use the equipment.
There is a communal pool behind the house.

It is a quiet and luxury housing development. There is a communal pool behind the house. The house I bought is a 2-story house consisting of 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large balcony, and 1-2 car parking. I think the project facilities are a little and too small. The traveling is inconvenient because it is far from the main road. This neighborhood is mostly surrounded by residential houses. Therefore, the project provides a good security system and is suitable for people who like privacy.
