L appartement à une belle vue sur la mer et plage de Kamala à 300 m à pieds pour la plage et à 50 m d un grand supermarché. Un grand marché 3 fois par semaine juste au début de l avenue à peine à 100 m Une salle de gym une grande piscine et sauna vous attend pour vous ressourcer . Un ascenseur climatisé vous amène au 3 étage
Hot and Cold Plunge Pools!

Project is located on the main road as you come down the hill from Patong into Kamala. Two main towers with a number of unit configurations. The pool and facilaites are the best part of this project (just ahead of the location). The pool is awesome, changing neon lights and great for swimming laps. There is a proper cold plunge pool and hot tub in the gym area open to all residents for free. A short 5 minutes walk to Kamala Beach.

I have been living in Kamala for many years and saw this condo since it was initially constructed. Then, I decided to buy it to rent out at a reasonable price. I think I have made the right decision because the feedback from my clients was very positive. There are always customers asking for information and booking it. I bought a duplex, 2 bedrooms, quite large, fully furnished, along with a full-frame window that offers a beautiful view of the mountains and trees. The facilities include a gym, a swimming pool, a sauna, and a spa. It looks a bit old but acceptable. Security is pretty good. You can rent a motorbike for about 250-300 baht per day to travel around Phuket. Kamala Beach is very close; you can walk for 700 meters or about 10 minutes. Nearby, Phuket FantaSea is a place to watch a spectacular show of Phuket island, just about 2 km. The condo is not far away from Patong Beach, about 10 minutes drive as well. There is an evening market in the area where you can go shopping and buy fresh seafood; it's close to Big C Market Kamala as well.
