A prime location, big room

The project is located in a prime location, near all prosperities such as Lumpini Park, famous hospitals, and universities a few hundred meters away. Restaurants and street food surround the project. The project atmosphere is tranquil. The design is astonishing with white color. The 1-bedroom unit is 70 SqM wide, which is quite large compared to other projects. There is a full set of quality furniture. There is a full set of quality furniture. Unfortunately, the lobby has a low ceiling and makes me feel uncomfortable.

I was impressed by the quality of materials used for this project. Looks almost flawless. Nice wooden floors and well equipped kitchen. the bedrooms have a good size. Unfortunately the ceiling height is quite low and gives it a claustrophobic feeling.

This project's location is only 500 meters from the Ratchadamri BTS station and 900 meters from the Silom MRT station, and also close to Chula Hospital, Lumpini Park, and many shopping centers. The room I bought is a one-bedroom unit at 70 square meters with good quality furniture. The project also has good facilities, such as a swimming pool, a lobby and a reception, and a gym.

This premium luxury condo offers a high level of privacy. The project site is tranquil and non-crowded. The atmosphere is generally nice and relaxing. The room interior is decorated with quality furniture. The design and furniture installed is very beautiful. It makes the room look pleasant. Moreover, its location is close to Lumpini Park and Ratchadamri BTS, very convenient to go everywhere without having a private car.

The main reason I decided to buy this place is the location near Ratchadamri BTS in only 500 meters, which is very convenient to get around. The room I bought is a wide 1-bedroom unit. Besides, I like the rooftop swimming pool with a great atmosphere. The parking lot is sufficient for the user. Overall, it is considered that this is a great value for money.
