The condo is quite old but located in a prime area of the city center next to the Silom Complex. It's also conveniently located near Sala Daeng BTS station and Silom MRT station, with easy access and saves time. The condo comprises a gym, a swimming pool, and an excellent security system. The room has complete facilities and is reasonably priced. It's considered one of the pleasant condos and a good location to stay.

Living here is very impressive. Although the exterior looks a bit old, the project has complete facilities. There is a swimming pool, fitness center, and parking. The project is in an excellent location, very convenient to travel, close to Saladaeng BTS and Silom MRT within walking distance. It is located behind Silom Complex. The surrounding gives an urban sense. The street is crowded with people and cars. I like it as I won't feel lonely. Personally, the condo room is spacious, furnished with standard furniture. The staff provides a good service. The security is just incredible; they strictly check the residents' access. The price is reasonable. It is very suitable for long-term living.
