I have lived in Pattaya for many years and love this place because it is complete. I bought this condo because the location is good, close to many of Pattaya's tourist attractions. It's also convenient to travel and accessible everywhere. It also offers a complete range of facilities such as a swimming pool, a gym, and a security system. The condo ambiance is considered private, which I am very impressed by. Aside from that, it is close to numerous amenities, including Festival Pattaya Beach and Royal Garden Plaza, where I regularly go shopping. In general, it perfectly meets the need because the neighbors and nearby community are quality which is worth investing in to stay here.
