Great location, near by walking street

Clean and tidy than expected! The room is spacious with a large balcony. A view of the room is a pool view. The project is in a great location, close to Walking Street. There is a large outdoor pool, sunbeds, and a poolside resting area at a reasonable price. Although the project has plenty of units, the neighbors lived in peace and quiet.

There is everything in this condo, and the staff takes care of us, whether the receptionist and the project staff team are always serving us, very impressive. It is conveniently located and easily accessible to various places. The on-site comprises a large common area, which is complete and including an outdoor pool, a fitness center, sauna, and ample car parking. The laundry service and housekeeping are also available at a reasonable price. Personally, this place is very suitable for long-term living, not too crowded with a tranquil atmosphere.

It is the best condo that I have stayed in. The project area is clean, and there were complete facilities. Inside, the room is spacious with good furniture. You can find everything surrounded, including shops, restaurants, and convenience stores, close to Pattaya Beach and Pattaya Walking Street, only 5-6 minutes by foot.

I rent this place because it's in a very good location, close to shopping areas such as Central Pattaya, Major Avenue, and Walking Street, where I love to hang out with friends. If I don't go out, I always relax on the rooftop or swim so that I can enjoy the beautiful view while doing exercise. There is also a gym and a sauna to use as well. I rented a one-bedroom room of 51 sq.m, which is more spacious than rooms in other condos. The furniture quality is good and decorated in a modern European style. So, I'm quite satisfied with the room. The atmosphere is private, but the building is quite old because it was built a long time ago.

The condo features a fully equipped European kitchen, wardrobes, and spacious living area. The rooms also have high-quality windows, doors, and balconies. This condominium is well-maintained and clean. Moreover, the condo is situated in the best investment location and offers a good return on investment. It is also close to the town and near Pattaya Hospital, shopping malls, and Pattaya Beach. Great value!

I have moved to Pattaya for 2-3 years, and I am totally impressed with this condo here. I feel like I have to relax and travel every day. However, I encountered the furniture problems as it is a standard grade and needed to be repaired often, but it gets good maintenance. The room features a door with a key card system. This place has a perfect security system, CCTV cameras throughout the building, and a 24-hour security guard. The project is situated near Pattaya Beach; just a 10 minute walk away. The night is quiet!!

A condo in modern style, decorated with quality furniture. There are 3 room types available from the studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom. The location is in the business area of Pattaya, so I think it's perfect for investment - speculation, and rental. I'm an investor who bought 2 rooms for renting out. The rooms are functional with a western kitchen, so the residents can make use of every inch of the space. When I don't want to eat out, I can buy some ingredients and cook at home. What the right decision! When I rent the rooms out, I always find clients. They have never been left unrented. Plus! I always get positive feedback from my foreign clients as the property has complete facilities such as a swimming pool on the rooftop, a gym, sauna, shops, and restaurants within the projects. The location is near a shopping venue, entertainment, and Walking Street; you can also easily walk to the beach. You don't need a car to get around because there are many places around.
