It is a new development project located at the beachfront. The room qualities are matching with the prices given. The project provides an extensive range of facilities, which is modern and beautiful. The atmosphere is so nice, ideal for relaxation. Besides, the services here are considered professional, served by a qualified team that always helps the residents. In my view, the prices are quite high. Anyway, it is worth the price compared with what we'll get because you will get a 7% guaranteed rental return for up to 3 years.

The Twinpalms Montazure is located on one of the best sandy beaches of the island, Kamala beach. Luxurious resort, modern and stylish with sea view suites available, comfortable and fully equipped. The resort is facing directly west giving glorious sunset views from their restaurant The Simmer which offers a great variety of food and cocktails. There are two swimming pools – the Lagoon pool located between the hotel buildings is 30 meters long, perfect for laps. Right by the sea is the triangular infinity pool, at beach level, with a shallow and deep sections. Both pool areas offer sun loungers with bar and snack service. Café Del Mar, the well-known beach club is just next door and have a great Sunday brunch. The hotel is designed for up-market tourists, couples who want to enjoy sun, sand and sea in luxurious peace and quiet environment.

Beachfront condo project with great faciliaties, ammenties and resturants onsite. Good sized units and beautiful common area pool overlooking the beach/ocean. Mostly surrounded by other luxuary resturants so no little shops nearby to pop into. Although the quality is incredible I thought it is overpriced for being in Phuket.

Located in kamala, and part of the montazure masterplan, Twinpalms residences are the perfect getaway if you like semi quite beaches and enjoy beach clubs. The units are spacious, contemporary and offer a true beach vibe. Due to the high ceilings it gives extra dimension to the overall project

Was able to go spend some time at Twinpalms and quality is top notch, definitely on the pricier side of places but overall had a good experience. Only thing is that Kamala in general has less shops comparing to the neighbouring areas (Patong, Bang Tao). But if you're planning a trip to stay in the hotel area is great, its beachfront and they have the beach clubs, Cafe Del Mar and HQ next door.
Best location between 2 beaches

Located in the best location, between Surin and Kamala beaches. It is very private and quiet. Beautiful swimming pool next to the sea. Nice staff and very good service. The room is a one-bedroom unit, fully furnished with a small kitchen inside. It is quite far from the tourist attractions. But it is easy to travel to various places, only 10 kilometers from Patong beach.

It is a new condo in front of Kamala Beach, a quiet beach and suitable for relaxation. The atmosphere is good, which is to commune with the beach's beauty and relax privately. The condo features a communal pool, overlooking the beach with ease. Moreover, the staff here are friendly and professional. I rented a 1 bedroom condo, which contains a small kitchen and a warm living room area. This condo also offers various facilities, such as a swimming pool, a fitness center, spa, café, and lounge. The Twinpalms Residences by Montazure is ideal for those who love the comfort and the beach because of the beautiful location, which is away from the hustle and bustle and close to entertainment venues in the Patong area.
Luxury new condo, but it is inconvenient to travel

I am impressed with everything here, except the location as it is far from Phuket Town and shopping centers. I chose here because the service is extremely complete and only 3 floors high, so it is tranquil and safe. Behind the condo, it is close to Kamala Beach, which only walks a few steps. There are also many famous bars, cafes, and restaurants in Phuket, such as Cafe de Mar and Catch Beach club, with reasonable prices. Suitable for both investment and as a vacation condo !!

I had the chance to stay here last new year. I'm impressed with the room, which is so spacious with nice mountain and sea views. In the room, the electrical appliances include a TV, fridge, and microwave. Also, there are various restaurants in the project. My favorite one is Blue Mango, where they serve both Thai and international dishes. I would say that every dish that I had was so great. Now it has become my favorite restaurant so far. There is a large swimming pool in the common area where I usually sit and chill. It's not difficult to get anywhere from where I stayed. It takes only 10 mins to Patong Beach, where you can find many restaurants and malls. It's convenient. In the evening, we often walked to Bangla Road. You'll find pubs and bars along the road. I can say that it was an enjoyable night. Unfortunately, I came during the New Year season, making it a bit crowded, so the service to be somewhat delayed, but it's understandable. The staff here are professional. I was so impressed.
