I am an agent and I love present this low rise building to my client, its located in very quiet Soi but still not far from the main road soi 39. The building is super good, the 1 bedrooms types are bigger than somewhere else, layout is really well done. Unique building - recommended for investment and living.

I have been staying here for many years because it has only 70 units, giving me a very private atmosphere. It is surrounded by nature. The atmosphere is also good. The room I have been renting is modern, decorated with good quality furniture, and overlooks the pool. In addition, there are many comfortable facilities, such as a saltwater swimming pool, fitness center, onsen, lounge, and a golf simulator. The security system is extremely strict because security guards are on duty 24 hours a day. The location is very convenient to travel to everywhere as it is close to the expressway, but the traffic will be jammed in the evening. There are shopping malls and 7-Eleven nearby, including EmQuartier, Emporium, Siam Paragon.
