I had been looking for a new condo to buy for myself and my friend suggested visiting the project. I really like the style of the project because it's both luxurious and super modern. There are many room types from studio to 2 bedroom. The show unit is very beautiful and fully furnished. Plus, it isn't too expensive compared to the high-rise condo in the neighborhood. The facilities on the 24th floor are amazing. There is the swimming pool, the fitness center, the garden area, the co-working space, etc. Also, it is located in a great location on Ramkhamhaeng Road with plenty of department stores and markets, including The Mall Bangkapi, Tawanna Market, Makro, Tesco Lotus, Bang ษapi Market, and Pantip Plaza Pratunam, etc. This is another interesting option for those looking for a brand new condo close to an electric train interchange station with an affordable price for speculating sales in the future.
