Got a one-year lease here at an affordable price. I decided to stay here as the place is luxurious and modern. My room is a 1-bedroom type on floor 9 for the relaxing deep-blue sea view. Inside, the room is decorated nicely with quality furniture. The facilities are complete, including a gym and a pool where you can overlook the sea. There are also a clubhouse and sauna. The staff is helpful. The common area is clean, and the parking space is sufficient. You don't need to worry about it. Nice location near Paradise Beach within walking distance. Oh, it's near Asia Pattaya Golf Course too. I can walk there in my spare time. Actually, I haven't moved in yet, so I can't see any downside. Will get you updated later.
