This project comes with an attractive investment opportunity offering guaranteed rental yields. The project has a swimming pool and a garden area. The spacious 2 bedroom unit is larger than a single-detached house and has a good design. The only disadvantage is that the entrance to the project is quite narrow, but if you use the GPS, it is still easy to get to the project. By the way, Surin Beach and Layan Beach can be reached in about 5 minutes by car.
