This project has many advantages, especially in the location, because it is accessible to both Sukhumvit Road and Petchaburi Road. No matter which way you travel, it's quick and easy. It is also a place surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores. Not far from the Emporium and The EmQuartier.The building is only 8 stories high, so there are not many residents. Relatively peaceful and private. Common areas are considered complete for low rise condos. It provides excellent convenience, including all common areas on the very convenient rooftop. The staff is helpful. I think that it is worth the price paid and suitable for who is looking for a tranquil condo. Recommend here!!
