Resort-style condo in Sukhumvit area.

I've been renting a duplex unit in this condo for 6 months. This project is in a great area, close to Phra Khanong BTS and the main road, such as Sukhumvit Road, including many amenities, leading department stores, hospitals, and schools that make my life easy. Furthermore, my room is very spacious. It has a size of about 50 sq.m. and is very well divided into various zones. It also has great facilities. There are a lot of trees in the common area, very beautiful and well maintained by staff. It is so lovely! There is a security guard on duty 24 hours a day, making me feel at ease. The parking space is very small. I think this condo is suitable for those primarily traveling by BTS.
