The Accommodation
The elegant and thoughtfully-designed architecture of Villa Zereno has been carefully planned at every turn in order to take full advantage of the spectacular views and the tropical climate.

The interior of Villa Zereno has been decorated with beautiful simplicity and minimalism in order to complement the Villa’s exotic surroundings. The clean white exterior and interior walls are accompanied by dark wood fixtures and fittings and stylishly decorated with quality, modern furniture and contemporary works of art.

The majority of the villa’s 6 bedrooms and living spaces enjoy ceiling-high folding glass doors that open out onto private balconies; to take full advantage of the alluring sea views, welcoming sunrises, colourful sunsets and magical fireworks displays that light up the night over Phuket’s most exclusive skyline.

Technology also plays an important role in all aspects of the villa: from the Sonos music system to the CCTV security system, the latest high-tech features that adorn the kitchen to the fresh-water pool filter system, right through to the professional-quality equipment installed in the gym and sauna.

The Staff
Every one of your personal members of staff is at your service (at least one staff member available from early morning until 22:00) for the entire length of your stay. They have been fully trained and briefed to anticipate and meet your every need; offering a unique and delightful fusion of Thai graciousness and charm to ensure that your stay at Villa Zereno is as relaxing as it is enjoyable.

Numbering no less than 7 staff in total, they include: a butler and villa manager (who speaks word-perfect English), professional chef, waitress, 2 maids, a security guard and a dedicated chauffeur, who will drive you to your chosen destinations in the complementary Toyota Commuter Minibus. And should you have any queries or requests whatsoever, the English speaking villa manager will act as your dedicated guest relations officer and do everything within his power to ensure your every wish is carried out.

The cuisine
The rental price includes complimentary luxury American-style breakfasts (served one time each day), bottled water (1 bottle per person per day) and a selection of fruits on arrival. All other meals can be purchased and will be prepared by your personal professional Thai chef. In addition there is fully stocked wine cellar offering a wide selection of excellent wines. The elegant dining room can seat 12 in comfort while the large purpose-built wooden deck area offers open-air dining and can accommodate up to 15 guests. Last, but by no means least, Villa Zereno offers a full catering service for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, private parties and special events for up to 20 people.

*Please note that these prices are for a maximum of 12 people (6 bedrooms use).

*The villa can accommodate up to 14 people with the use of 2 extra beds which will be charged at US$75 per person per night.
*There is a 7-night minimum stay for bookings that include a stay during Chinese New Year.

*Tipping – prices do not include tips for staff, please tip at your discretion when you have received good service.
*Food – due to villa kitchen and staff capacity we kindly ask our guests to order no more than 6 or 7 different dishes during any one lunch or dinner.
