The villa has three levels and consists of six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, two living rooms,one kitchen and two dining halls. There s also a special zone for barbeque on the roof, a huge grass terrace for parties, tanning terrace with a bower near the swimming pool. The built up area is 1100 sq. m. The area of each bedroom ranges from 30-70 sq.m. Each of the four bedrooms has a cloak room, refrigerator, kettle, 48–60 inch LCD TV. However, two bedrooms on the first level have their own living rooms, as well as 65 inch LCD TVs.Each bedroom has a bathroom.

In addition to shower cabins three of the bedrooms have their own baths. The kitchen is fullyequipped with everything you need starting from a coffee machine to a very stylish toaster. The

living room has a 75 inch TV and three big sofas. There’s also a dining hall inside as well as outside the villa. In addition, there’s a huge 12.5 x 4.5 m. swimming pool with Jacuzzi, which

only uses salt water. Like in a mountain waterfall, sea water from the pool falls down from a height of seven meters along the glass terrace of on of the bedrooms.

You might assume that the service in the villa will not just be of the high level. Owing to the constant presence of the staff and manager in the villa, we are friends with our guests

Please note, that that the rates listed below are calculated for

6 people (3 bedrooms use) in THB. For the groups of more than 6 people - each extra guest will be charged 1000 THB per night.

Our villa can accommodate groups of up to 12 people. The rate includes:

1. Round trip airport transfers

2.Welcome drinks, fruits and refreshing towels on arrival

3. American, Thai or Continental breakfast

4. Cleaning, fresh towels - every day; change of bed sheets - once in three days

5. Tea, coffee and water

6. Our Concierge manager is always at your service to arrange transfers, book exciting trips around

the island and provide you with any possible help during your stay.

7. Wi-Fi access is available everywhere at the villa.

8. Daily pass to HQ Beach Club at Kamala beach (December, 2016 to May, 2017) - luxury HQ beach

mats with towels and pillows are provided free of charge as well as 15% discount for food at HQ Beach Lounge.

9. Our rooftop terrace with the soft lawn cover and panoramic view is perfect for private cocktail, BBQ parties or weddings.

10.More than 300 HD channels are available on 6 LCD TVs from 48 to 75 inches.

We also offer special services at the villa:

1. Our private chef can do your grocery shopping and cook lunch or dinner for you. Price is 1500 Baht

(6-8 people), 2000 Baht (9-12 people). The price does not include groceries.

House rules:

1. Check-in from 15-00, check-out before 12-00.

2. Security deposit of 30 000 THB. or equivalent in any currency is due on

arrival. Please note the deposit is accepted only in cash
