A very outdated condo, but the management is incredible.

It's a very outdated condo, but the management is incredible. Clean common areas and good-condition facilities. I bought a 2-bedroom unit 2 years ago; it's spacious and fully furnished. It's a place where I'm pleased to stay, close to Asoke BTS, Terminal 21, and Korean Town as well.

After moving to Thailand to work. I have been here for 2 years, and there are many things that I love and dislike. I had to adapt myself at the beginning because I wasn't familiar with the route here. The residents here will be Thais and foreigners. It is 20-story high, but not so crowded. It can be called quiet and private. The main thing is that the facilities are quite full, including a swimming pool, a gym, and a 24-hour security system. The disadvantage is that the parking lot is not enough for the residents !!

A cozy place for my family. I've stayed here because it is close to the workplace. It's also close to Terminal 21, Korean Town, and Asoke BTS. It is very convenient for my family and me. My room is a penthouse room that is quiet and private. Parking and a swimming pool are available. The security guard takes charge for 24 hours. The neighbors in the village are quite sparse. There was a time my friends came to Thailand and stayed here. They were all impressed.
