My family and I have been living in this condo for many years. The condo has only 79 rooms. The numbers are small compared to the large 3 rai area, so the rooms here are very spacious with 3 room types. Before moving to Thailand, we lived in a single-detached house with space and high privacy, suitable for our way of living. So, when we moved here, I decided to choose the penthouse in this condo. As a housewife who spent time taking care of my husband and children, I paid much attention to the residence from its interior to its location. I'm impressed by the room's interior in an English style. The condo is in the Sathorn area's old town, a developed area connected to the Silom, a business venue of Thailand, full of businessmen and foreigners. Garden International School is nearby, where my children study because it's not far from my place. The neighborhood includes embassies, hospitals, banks, and many big malls. The condo is in an ideal location for traveling by Lumpini MRT in a 7-minute walk. In the project, you can enjoy several facilities such as a sauna, a gym, a large swimming pool, a meeting room, elevators, key-card access, an English garden, kid's area, bbq area, CCTV, and security guards. You don't need to worry about car parking as there is plenty of space for 132 cars. Unfortunately, the gym can be crowded sometimes, so I have to wait. The other things else are good.
