Luxurious lounge and super-premium gym

I live here with my sons. The room is spacious, comprising 2 bedrooms. The condo has only 7 floors, and the design is excellent. The lobby area is decorated in a marble pattern, which is luxurious and comes with premium-grade furniture. There is a Business Lounge, a swimming pool on the 1st floor, and a 24-hour security system. Anyway, I am impressed with the automatic parking lot, which is very convenient. Most of the time I use cars rather than buses. Going anywhere is definitely more convenient !!

It is a new interesting project. When we walk into the project, we will touch a sense of peace, warmth, and relaxation. The project environment is surrounded by many facilities, including a swimming pool, a fitness room, automatic parking spaces in the basement. Also, there is a very luxurious lobby as well. The rooms are spacious and allocated very well. The furniture is also good quality, worth the price. Besides, the project location is located in a quiet area in the city center. Also, it is convenient for spending life and easily accessible by taking the Thonglor BTS Station.

I bought a 2 bedroom unit here for a living. It is very spacious. Although there is no furniture, I also like it because I can design it. What I like the most is automatic parking that allows us to park the car very conveniently. I would say the facilities are pretty luxurious, such as a swimming pool, yoga room, garden, fitness, lounge. The atmosphere is tranquil and suitable for living. About the journey, using a private car can be more convenient because it is close to the Mahanakorn Expressway. Still, if you use the Skytrain, you might have to take a motorbike taxi to the Thonglor BTS, it's about 2 kilometers away from the project.

It is very luxurious here because the condo is designed by a well-known company with complete facilities, including a swimming pool, fitness center, and lounge. I used to rent a one-bedroom unit, well proportioned, and also using quality furniture. Inside the room, it can control the tone beautifully. I like that room. The journey is also very convenient because the condo is located in the heart of the city and close to Thonglor BTS station. It is also close to famous department stores such as EmQuatier, Emporium, and J-Avenue, as well as close to casual restaurants and pubs. You can call it a bustling day and night.

I have been running the business in Bangkok for 3 months. I rented a Nivati ​​Thonglor 23 condo and was very impressed with the project's facilities, such as Auto Parking, that meet my needs very much. Contrary to other condos, there are quite a few parking lots and not enough for the residents. This condo provides a lot of parking spaces. The project's Lobby is luxurious and looks good, decorated in classic and contemporary style by using marble to decorate the wall in rose gold-tone. It fell in love living here. At the back of the Lobby, there is a turquoise swimming pool. It gives the sense that we are swimming in the sea. Besides, there is a well-equipped fitness center. I rented a condo Nivati ​​Thonglor 23, 1 bedroom type. The room is quite spacious, and the room's facilities covered my needs a lot, so it is very worth renting this condo. The interior of the room is lovely, the gold and white color tones are richness and warmth. As for the material decoration, it is a premium grade suitable for a good price. The most important is this condo offers great privacy and is located in the heart of Thonglor, called the prosperous district. Therefore, it is convenient to travel because it is situated near Thonglor BTS Station and close to shopping malls or many amenities. It is such a good environment, making me don't have to worry about anything.

New condo projects under construction. I went to see the mock-up room. I saw the magnificence from the architecture and decoration, which is marvelous. The condo here is a low-rise condominium with only 7-floors high and has a limited number of units. So, I am very interested because it has good privacy. The one-bedroom unit is at 77 square meters, quite spacious. There is a functional kitchen with a dining table for 4 people. The room is perfect for 1-2 people. I like it very much. The common area includes a lovely pool, lobby, and also an automatic parking lot. The location is good in the Thonglor area, easy to get around, so convenient!
