    Relax with the whole family at this magnificent place to stay in Pattaya, Grand Florida Beachfront Pattaya.  It's the only beachfront condominium with waterpark and a hydrotherapy spa pool. The room partially faces to the sea. Our room is 36 sqm. on 7th floor, building B (Room B708) with a special fully furnished with wifi. The balcony is another spot you can enjoy the blissful wind, sights and sounds of the sea. receive bliss from the sea. The building locates nearby the beach entrance.  My most favourite is the hot and cold tub, Turkish style which enhance your relaxation. Besides, we have a large salt water swimming pool along with slider for kids as well as an artificial wave pool. Other facilities are a reading room, fitness, kid play room, working space, game room, pool table, boxing, sauna etc.

    No pets are allowed at Grand Florida unless specifically permitted by the juristic office. Exceptions can be made for service or guide dogs for persons with disabilities.
    The common area maintenance fee is ฿60 per square meter based on the size of indoor area of the property and is ฿2,160 for this condo. This fee has to be paid by owners for the upkeep of the common areas of the project. For new residential developments, it is common to pay up to 1-3 years’ common area maintenance fees in advance upon the transfer of the properties' ownership.

    My family and I bought this one-bedroom unit for leisure on the weekend. Overall, it is considered satisfying, and I am not mistaken to decide to buy here. First of all, it is a matter of location. With the address in Pattaya, transportation is effortless and convenient. It only takes about 2 hours to drive from Bangkok. Speaking of the project, what I like the most is probably the facilities because in addition to having basic facilities such as a fitness center and a swimming pool. They also have activities in the game room and a Muay Thai area, which is very pleasing to my son and me. The room itself is considered okay. The one-bedroom room that I bought might not be that big but allocated space with full furniture, convenient to use. It is also close to famous tourist spots, including Mimosa Pattaya, Nong Nooch Tropical Garden, Underwater World, and many more places. Moreover, I appreciate it. As a result, I would like to recommend it to anyone who is looking for a vacation condo and easy to travel to. Where can it be, except here?
