    Newly resort opened in 2018/19.The resort features some nice facilities such a big common pool, fitness, sauna, a restaurant with Thai and Italian cuisine.     It's the new property near Bang Tao Beach, which has recently been completed. The building is beautifully designed in a diamond-shaped. The project is decorated with quality furniture and materials. There are 3 types of rooms starting from 1 to 3 bedrooms. Importantly, t...here is a rental program in which the project guarantees a 7% return for 3 years. It's a nice offer for investors who want to buy a property for renting out. Well, I'm one of them, so I had a chance to view the project and find information before deciding to buy it. I intend to use the place as a holiday house during my stay in Thailand and open as a rental room while returning to Germany. I think this option is interesting for foreigners who mainly live in other countries and wanna buy property in Thailand.
