The common area maintenance fee is ฿60 per square meter based on the size of indoor area of the property and is ฿2,100 for this condo. Every unit here offers a sea view. Plus, there is a 7% to 10-year guarantee contract, suitable for investment. Although the project is not yet complete at this time, many investors are interested in it. It is a condo with a height of only 3 floors, and I think it should be non-crowded. There is also a shuttle bus service to many places. Here, it's a good location and easy to travel everywhere located next to Nai Yang Beach and only 5 kilometers from the airport.

The project is currently under construction, but I have already visited the location and the sample room. The project is located on a hill with a very peaceful and livable atmosphere, suitable for families that love privacy. Besides, the project has a guaranteed return for 10 years, which is very interesting. Close to the airport, drive about 15 minutes. The project facilities are varied from a clubhouse, a swimming pool, a fitness center, and restaurants. Plus, the project's location is just next to the beach. I think the investment here is very worthwhile as well.

I'm waiting for the project to be completed. I've seen the sample project, and it is beautiful. The atmosphere is nice, close to nature, and offers a beautiful sea view. It is also close to Naiyang Beach. The project is luxury, comprising a clubhouse, dining room, a communal gym, an infinity-edge pool, where I can relax comfortably. To buy the room here is nice as we can get the 6% guaranteed rental yield and 30 days complimentary. In general, I love this project, and I will wait until it is complete, and I will decide to buy it again. All in all, it is such an interesting project.

This condo is still under construction, and I have already visited the project; it is situated in a beautiful location, overlooking the sea from the accommodation. It is amazing as the project is not completed yet and is expected to be completed in 2021. I asked for the project information and previewed the rooms from the staff, very impressive! All units are quite complete and offer a beautiful view from the room, which is considered worthwhile. The on-site comprises complete facilities, such as an infinity-edge pool, a fitness center, an on-site restaurant, and shuttle bus service. As for the location nestled close to the beach, I can spend time on the beaches, so I decided to book 1 unit already.
