Cozy quiet condo close to the beach.

Small condo on a quiet street near Cozy beach. There is everything you need - swimming pool, gym, sauna. Particularly pleasing are several lounge areas on the roof with beautiful views of the sunset. There are many apartment owners, so the attitude towards common areas and each other is very attentive. There is a security guard on duty at the entrance, the pool closes at the appointed hour, and it is quiet and safe at night. My sincere recommendations for living here

Stylish condo with an elegantly decorated reception hall. The room types vary from a studio to 2 bedrooms. The studio is a bit small, suitable for 1 or 2 people to live in whereas the 1- and 2-bedroom types are much larger. Also, there is a swimming pool, a spa, a sauna, a fitness center. It's close to Cozy Beach. I would consider it a very comfortable condo to stay.
