This condo is adjacent to the beach and golf course in Khao Takiab. It is designed in the style of a resort condominium. The price for a 1-bedroom condo is reasonable, and it comes with a guaranteed rental for the resident, so I decided to buy it. It offers an excellent separate room inside, which is designed in a modern style with high-quality furniture and is neither too huge nor too little. This project provides a full facilities center, a large swimming pool, and fitness with high technology equipment. I like privacy most because there are less than a hundred rooms in the project. I believe it may be rented out or resold for profit.
