Condo next to the sea, very beautiful view.

The condo is beautiful, offering spacious rooms with beautiful decoration and the spaces are well allocated. There are shelves to store a lot of things and make the room tidy. The common areas are well maintained, and the swimming pool is clean. I am very impressed. Also, the location is close to the beach too. On a relaxing day, it's easier to chill by the beach. You don't have to travel anywhere far. It can be considered that the condo is located in a very good area. Also, the staff serves excellent services as well.

I have been on vacation in Hua Hin for 3 weeks and staying at Baan Kun Koey. While staying here, I was impressed with the condo services, including the friendly and helpful staff, who always welcomes me very well. The room interior I rented was studio size, well-decorated, clean, and quality furniture. The interior is divided into the living space neatly, such as a kitchen with a good barrier between them and a fully equipped bathroom. The project exterior is beautifully decorated and comes with an excellent common area with a full range of facilities such as a large swimming pool, a fitness room, a dry laundry room, and a high standard security system. It is safe and secure while resting here. Besides, the condo is not far from Hua Hin Market Village and not far from the main road as well, which is very comfortable!

I bought a studio room for this project after the project had recently been completed. It's not too large, but comfortable enough to stay alone. Like other condos, the facilities are complete, including a gym, a pool, and a clubhouse. The security is quite strict for 24 hours. The project neighborhood is full of convenience stores and Market Village, which is very convenient. Only 10 minutes to Bluport. I would recommend this!

This project is very reasonable as it starts at only 1.7 million baht to get a modern and standard condo. I decided to buy a studio room because I have to move to Hua Hin for the long term. Overall, there is no problem. The furniture is good. No structural problems at all; the common areas meet the standard and are well maintained. In terms of location, this location is very good near the office. Even if it's not next to the beach, it's easy to get there as it's on the main road, such as Petchkasem Road. Not far from Market Village and Hua Hin beach too.

The condo has a perfect design of living space in the room, making it comfy and feels like home. Really worth it! It also offers facilities such as a swimming pool and ample parking. Traveling is convenient. High safety, giving me peace of mind to stay here.
Luxury condo, but the location is not on the beach.

The condo is not right on the beach, but you can walk through Soi Hua Hin 85 to reach the beach in just 5 minutes. The room I stayed in was 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. At first, I thought that I would get a bigger kitchen, but it is too small to prepare large meals and not comfortable. Overall, the room is spacious. However, it takes about 15-20 minutes to get to Hua Hin Town by car. This surrounding area is surrounded by many shops and markets. The location is considered good.
