Good location near Hua Hin Beach

It's been my first time to choose this condo to stay in, and I chose a studio room. It is spacious, fully furnished, and the price is suitable for the price. Moreover, it is 200 meters close to Hua Hin Beach. However, unfortunately, the room I chose to stay in is facing in front of the condo, which is on the side of the road where cars are passing all the time. It is not suitable to take a nap during the day. I like the color of the balcony glazing, different from other condos. It is an art that looks and gives a sense of difference and attraction when switching colors back and forth; it's also pretty good. As for the common area, there is a clean and nice swimming pool and excellent security system. The reception was also friendly. Very admirable!

Just seeing the picture from the website, I am impressed with the beautiful colorful balcony. When visiting a real place, I wasn't disappointed because the room is beautifully decorated. It is a modern style, giving a warm feeling. Besides, the room is also functional; I didn't feel that the room was cramped, although it's just 42 sq.m. The furniture was standard. I've been here for over a year and haven't faced any problems. There is also a common area with many facilities available, such as a fitness center, infinity pool, and a gallery for relaxation and inspiration. As for the location, I can say that it is very good because it is only 200 meters from Hua Hin beach. There are restaurants around, including a bar to sit and chill. I like to relax at the bar nearby, which is within walking distance. Overall, I am quite impressed with The Rocco.

I travel to Hua Hin indefinitely. I chose to rent a studio with The Rocco because it provides all facilities, so it's comfortable. I don't have to worry about any problems because there is a wide range of facilities, comprising an infinity-edge pool and a fitness center. I can actually use those services. In addition, the security system is available 24 hours a day, very comfortable. The staff also gives good advice and helps me all the time. Moreover, the condo is not far from amenities such as Market Village, only 2 minutes away, or Hua Hin Airport, which is only 9 kilometers away. It is easily accessible because there are many routes connected. It is a good relaxation for me.

Enjoy staying here. It's such a stylish, beautiful, and modern condo. The one-bedroom unit is spacious to fit the 6-feet bed. Still, there is plenty of space to walk. The furniture is from quality brands. Within the project, there is a swimming pool, a gym, and a parking space. Located conveniently near Bangkok Hospital Hua Hin, Market Village Hua Hin, and the beach. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi internet is a bit slow, unable to download movies. This should be improved.

I bought a 2-bedroom unit on the 8th floor of this condo. I can say that the view of Hua Hin Beach is wonderful. The room is decorated with fine built-in furniture. It comes with complete project facilities, including an infinity pool, a fitness center, a gallery, and a reception. You can see Hua Hin Beach from the project as it's just 200 meters away. The atmosphere here is perfect for people who love to relax by the sea.
Great condo at an affordable price

I rented this condo daily. The room I was in is a spacious studio room on the main road of Hua Hin. It might be a little noisy during the day. If I have a chance to visit Hua Hin next time, I will book a room on the beachside of Hua Hin. The atmosphere should be more pleasant, and the view would be beautiful. The room has furniture, and all the electrical appliances, including a microwave, TV, and refrigerator. For those who want to use a washing machine, you can go downstairs. There is a vending washing machine. The staff here was very good. There was a slight problem communicating in English, but in the end, we understood each other. The location is excellent, not far from Hua Hin beach. You can walk for a while. It's also the right choice for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of Bangkok as it takes about 3 hours to drive. Also, the project is not far from Petchkasem Road as well, which is a little into the alley. There are many restaurants in the area. The closest one is an Indian restaurant, which tastes quite nice. Overall, the quality is okay; the location is good at an affordable price.

It is a small condo with only 8 floors, colorful and outstanding. The room I live in is on the 5th floor, offering a fantastic sea view. The first time I moved in, it was partly furnished. For the common areas, I think it has complete facilities. The swimming pool here closes around 8 pm, and there is a 7-Eleven below the condo. The price is reasonable, and the travel is convenient. The condo room I live in is small, suitable for only 2 people. It takes only 3 minutes to walk to the beach
