I have visited many of Botanica's projects, but they all are pricey for me until I found phase 10 of Botanica Foresta, which is about 10 million baht. Before, I have been renting the villa at Bang Tao for years, but I want to move somewhere near my office in the Layan area. The location is just exactly what I'm looking for so that I can sunbathe, swim in my free time. As the villa is one of Botanica's series, I know that the quality is excellent because the previous projects were all sold out, and many new projects are coming. Plus, I had a good experience renting the villa in Batonica's projects. It's comfortable and spacious. I have heard that the facilities of this latest project can be comparable to the previous ones. The villa comes with a private pool and garden. It has 3 to 4 bedrooms and high-quality furniture. I like it! Will contact the Salesperson for more information.
