The atmosphere of living in this neighborhood is suitable for people who love peace and do not like the hustle and bustle of the city. I am so happy because I have been searching for a place like this for a while. Also, it's not far from the surrounding facilities, near a local community, a convenience store, shops, and restaurants. It's also close to Phuket International Airport, only 10 minutes by car. The project is large with 777 units ranging from 1-2 bedrooms, coming with a full range of facilities, such as a swimming pool, tennis courts, fitness centers, restaurants, and many more. If I don't choose here, so where else? This is very complete.
The atmosphere is suitable for relaxation.

This condo is a 7-story low-rise condominium, and the facilities are considered complete because the quality and price are reasonable. The room is decorated like a hotel. The rooms are studio and 1 bedroom size that come with a spacious balcony. The project is located about 1 kilometer from Mai Khao Beach, and this neighborhood is relatively peaceful. If traveling to Phuket town, it takes about 45 minutes by car.

Located on Ban Bo Sorm 3016 road, the entrance is well paved, and the traffic is not heavy. The surrounding atmosphere is good, with many plants surrounded the project. It's close to the Mai Khao beach, a beautiful and peaceful beach, just less than 2 kilometers away. So far, the project is under construction. There are 777 units, ranging from the studios and 1-bedroom types. The usable area will be a bit small. Besides, the selling price does not include furniture in many units. There are various facilities such as a spa, a sauna, a gym, a restaurant, a swimming pool, and a tennis court.

The atmosphere is very good and private. It is impressive. The atmosphere is not only nice, but the staff is helpful and friendly. The project provides various on-site restaurants. This reason makes this condo more than a place to stay because it is very convenient as it is close to Phuket's main road, shopping malls, beaches, convenience stores, and many tourist attractions. It is worthwhile, and I won't hesitate to recommend it here.

The condo is luxurious, and the atmosphere is suitable for relaxation. There are many room sizes to choose from. The room we choose is a 1 bedroom room because I stay with my boyfriend. The room is fully furnished, but the decoration is not very beautiful and focuses on convenience rather than beauty. The common area is nothing more outstanding than the large outdoor pool. There are vacation rentals, sunbeds, and gardens, a great place to relax and read books. It is very comfortable. Personally, as I've lived here for a long time, I'd like to appreciate the staff's services and the guards always keep the condo area clean and safe, not disappointed at all choosing here.

The place that all comforts of living available. Within the project, there are many shops, cafes, minimarts, and restaurants. Plus, the swimming pool is also large for residents. The project only has a one-bedroom type at 20 square meters wide, which is quite small and suitable for living alone or as a couple. Inside, there is a mini kitchen corner that is not suitable for cooking a big meal. The location is excellent because it is not far from Phuket Airport and close to Mai Khao Beach, only 5 minutes.
