I believe this condo is definitely an investment in the future. The project also includes a 7% rental guarantee for up to 3 years. In addition, the condo is located in the perfect location to relax, and it takes only a few minute's walks to Yanui Beach. There are completed facilities for residents of all ages, such as a swimming pool, fitness center, kids playground, and garden. The most important thing is the affordable price, starting from 2 million baht.
