To get to the project by car, start from Thao Thep Kasattri Thao Sri Sunthon Monument. Head southwest on Route 4027. Exit the roundabout and continue on Route 4027. I have decided to buy this house because the atmosphere is peaceful and surrounded by nature and fresh air. In addition, the house has a modern interior design and comes with luxury furniture and great amenities. My children enjoy playing in the infinity pool. Also, the house comes with a big garden area suitable for a BBQ party, a 24-hour security system with CCTV around the project made me feel private. The location is excellent, close to Thala Beach, Cape Yamu, and takes only 20-30 minutes to Phuket Town. It is a perfect place to live. Recommended!!!

The atmosphere is quiet, pleasant, all utilities. It's not far from Bang Sai Beach, Pa Khlok, and Cape Yamu. Driving to the city takes about 30 minutes. It is considered a livable house project with a reliable security system. My family and I rented a decent-size house, about 200 square meters, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It's fully furnished western style. It is a favorite spot for my wife. The air in the house is well ventilated because the plan is open. It also has a large slide door, able to get the fresh air from outside very well. The house frontage has a large private swimming pool with a neatly cut garden. The view from our house is a forest with a shady atmosphere.
