A sea view condominium suitable for investment in a good location close to Karon Beach. There are full facilities in the project, such as a swimming pool, restaurant on site. There also provides a shuttle bus to the beach. The property comes with management from professionals of a 5-star hotel, which is trustworthy. The real estate and the hotels seem like a megaproject. The condo has 2 types of residential units, the 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom projects. The one that I'm interested in is a 1-bedroom type with 56.40 sq.m living area. The room layout is quite clear between the bedroom and living area. The kitchen is fully-equipped with appliances and kitchenware such as an oven, stove, and hood for easy, quick meals. The entire space is functional and well-proportioned. The bathroom comes with the bathtub and rainshower. The toilet is separated. The white-tone scheme is used for the decoration in an elegant modern style with a slight touch of tropicals. For me, this place is worth investing in because we can find tourists as clients. The project offers all they need for their holidays from the facilities, beaches, the lovely rooms to the marvelous sea view right in front of you. Must be happy for both tenors and tenants!
