A popular villa amid nature in Patong

The villa is under construction, but the design is beautiful and gives a modern tropical scent. It made me very interested in this villa. Apart from the beautiful design, the management system is also good, and the project paid attention to design to meet the needs of those who love peace, privacy, and luxury. It can be seen from the showrooms as they are beautiful, including a full range of in-villa facilities such as a private pool, clubhouses, cafes, on-site restaurants, and spas. Patong Beach is, therefore, a very comfortable area.

I decided to buy as I trust the developer of the project. I always follow up on the news thought the website and found many remarkable projects such as Naka Sea View Condo, Patong Bay Hills, and many more. Those projects have their uniqueness for various residents' preferences. Personally, this project attracts me by its location on the hills. It will give me tranquility and privacy, which I need, yet I can enjoy the wonderful scenery of Patong beach. Plus, it's not far from famous attractions such as Patong beach, Bang La Road, and Kamala beach, so that I can roam around by car. The room is beautifully designed in elegant style. I love it so much. Shame that there are only 1-bedroom units so it won't be suitable for living as a family. The project comes with a full range of facilities, including a swimming pool, a gym, a spa, and restaurants and cafes in the project. Great that you can have it all here, not disappointed at all to choose this property.

I had long planned to invest in Patong's real estate because it is worth the investment. I also have read through the project here for a while. I think both the rewards and benefits are worth it. This neighborhood is close to department stores, restaurants, and even you can enjoy the nightlife to the fullest. The project will be completed soon. I can't wait !! This place will definitely be an amazing place to stay in the future. It is located in the Patong area. From the room, you can see a panoramic sea view, which is incredible. The villa is 1-bedroom size with a small pool in front of the room, decorated with good materials and a high ceiling. The room is open and spacious. The atmosphere is calm and surrounded by forest, suitable for couples. There is a common area, including a swimming pool, fitness center, spa, and restaurant within the project. Plus the location is great because it is in Patong, 5 minutes to Patong Center, surrounded by shops and restaurants.

It is a new interesting project located on a hill, overlooking the sea view and surrounded by natural forest. It's a good choice for us because I love the privacy and tranquility. This place meets my needs better than other places. The room size as I see the showroom is 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and fully furnished. Moreover, there is a swimming pool, spa, clubhouse, and private parking spaces. I am okay and like this project and have booked 1 unit.
